Many people go through periods in life that feel uncertain, overwhelming, or difficult to make sense of. This is often especially true during times of change — such as moving to a new country, becoming a parent, or navigating shifts in identity and relationships. I understand this both through my work and through my own experience of moving from Iran, where I was born, to the Netherlands. That experience has given me a more nuanced understanding of what it means to adapt and build a life through change.
I offer a space where you can explore these experiences safely and without judgment. A space where we can gently make sense of what is happening in your inner world and in your life. In my work, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy to support clients in understanding not only their current challenges, but also the deeper patterns that may be shaping them. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your cultural background, life experiences, and personal needs are always an important part of how I work.
I often work with women who experience anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, or a sense of feeling stuck — especially during periods of transition, relocation, or change in relationships. My role is not to tell you who to be or how to feel, but to support you in understanding yourself more clearly, so you can find a way forward that feels right for you.
