HOW MY JOURNEY FROM PSYCHOLOGY TO THE TECH WORLD STARTED!
I’m Mahnoush, a UX/UI Designer and Researcher, based in the Netherlands. After obtaining my master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, I still felt that I needed to acquire more special knowledge regarding human behavior.
When one of my friends talked to me about User experience design, I recognized that this might be the right field for me to fill in the knowledge gap that I had noticed earlier. I thereupon began gathering information about a career that I had no idea existed.
Surprisingly, I discovered a whole new world in front of me...

UX is an amalgam of all of my interests: psychology, creativity (art and design), and technology.
My expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies allows me to delve deep into user insights, actively listening and empathizing to understand their unique perspectives and experiences truly. This deep understanding enables me to craft user personas, map user journeys, and develop prototypes that ensure intuitive, efficient, and delightful user interactions.
I enjoy creating human-centered designs and empathizing with users to discover their aspirations. This stems from my curiosity about human behavior and psychology.

Acceptance
Accepting others for who they are without judgment allows us to connect more deeply with the world around us.
Freedom
Allowing someone to be who they are, rather than who we want them to be, is one of the greatest gifts we can give another person.
Determination
We should never give up on our dreams. Even when progress seems sluggish, maintaining faith is crucial to keep us moving forward.

Honesty is the foundation of a trusting relationship. When you are always honest with others, they know they can rely on you.
